Auditchain Labs AG is building a global partner ecosystem across the regulatory technology, professional services, financial services, digital asset issuer, and standards community.
Partnership Opportunities
Professional Services Firms
Accounting firms, legal practices, and compliance consultancies can integrate Pacioli.ai into their client service offerings. We offer white-label arrangements, referral partnerships, and co-branded disclosure services.
Financial Institutions & Technology Partners
Banks, asset managers, and crypto-asset platforms can integrate Auditchain’s disclosure infrastructure via API. Technology vendors can embed our XBRL validation and generation capabilities into existing products via OEM licensing.
XBRL Disclosure Vendors & EDGAR Agents
Established XBRL software vendors, managed-tagging providers, and registered EDGAR filing agents can bring their existing tools onto Pacioli.ai rather than compete against it. The Pacioli Agent routes preparation and validation requests to participating vendors, who deliver white-labeled output under their own brand — extending addressable volume well beyond a fixed client base as structured disclosure moves on-chain and expands to tokenized securities, stablecoins, and digital assets. Vendors can accept AUDT for preparation and validation work and participate in the network as it scales.
Digital Asset Treasury Companies
US-listed digital asset treasury companies already file with the SEC and will face expanding disclosure obligations under the GENIUS Act and the pending CLARITY Act — spanning stablecoin reserves, custody attestations, blockchain network participation, and on-chain treasury reporting. These companies can automate the preparation of every required filing — 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K in iXBRL, GENIUS and CLARITY structured disclosures, Blockchain Network Participation (BNP) reporting, and MiCAR white papers where EU exposure applies — directly on Pacioli.ai. They can also operate a Pacioli Node on their existing infrastructure to perform taxonomy and disclosure-based validation for the wider market and earn AUDT, turning a recurring compliance cost into earning an active treasury position.
Standards Bodies & Regulators
We contribute to XBRL US working groups, support XBRL International’s Open Information Model, and engage with regulators developing structured disclosure frameworks for digital assets and financial institutions.
