Auditchain Labs AG is a Swiss-based regulatory technology company building AI-powered and Web3-based regulatory disclosure infrastructure for crypto-asset issuers, financial institutions, professional services firms, and regulators worldwide. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, Auditchain invented Pacioli.ai — the world’s first fully automated, iXBRL-compliant disclosure platform.

Our Mission
We build operating systems for global regulatory disclosure compliance. Our mission is to make structured, machine-readable regulatory disclosure universally accessible — for crypto-asset issuers navigating MiCAR, financial institutions managing XBRL reporting obligations, and regulators who need reliable, verifiable data.
The global financial disclosure system is fragmented, expensive, and opaque. Auditchain was founded on the conviction that artificial intelligence and structured data standards could change this — not at the margins, but fundamentally. Every product we build is designed to lower the cost and raise the quality of regulatory disclosure for every participant in the financial system.
Our Story
Auditchain was founded in 2017 with the conviction that the global financial system’s disclosure infrastructure was fundamentally broken. The 2022 failures in centralized finance — FTX, Celsius, Voyager — validated the thesis that agreed-upon procedures and opaque disclosures were not sufficient. We set out to rebuild disclosure infrastructure using XBRL structured data standards, artificial intelligence, and Web3 architecture.
Our founding team recognized that two technologies — blockchain for immutability and AI for automation — could together solve the integrity and reliability problems in global financial disclosure. By 2024, that thesis had evolved into Pacioli.ai: a complete disclosure automation platform serving MiCAR, SEC, ESMA, and IFRS regulatory frameworks.

Auditchain’s team combines world-class expertise in XBRL, regulatory technology, AI, cryptography, and financial reporting — with over 20 years of experience per senior team member.

Regulatory Engagement
Auditchain is an active participant in the regulatory and standards processes that govern structured disclosure. We are a member of XBRL US and initiated the formation of the XBRL US Digital Asset Working Group. We submitted a formal comment letter to the FDIC under RIN 3064-AG20, advocating for XBRL-structured disclosures for stablecoin issuers. We engage with the GENIUS Act process and support MiCAR implementation across European crypto-asset markets.
